About Alex Miles Younger

Alex Miles Younger is a headshot and performance photographer; specializing in portraits of performing artists, creative publicity photos, and production stills for theatre and film. Alex helps his clients capture the images they need and then turn those photos into promo pieces that any marketing department or mother could love.

His work has been published in Time Out Chicago and The Denver Post. Alex earned his BFA from Webster University, and learned his trade by working on shoots for Coke Zero, Burger King, Descente, Geek Squad, Old Navy, Microsoft, Nike, and Volkswagon. He likes shooting for artists because he was an actor for ten years before he started taking pictures, and he just can't seem to get theatre out of his blood.

Alex moved to Brooklyn from Chicago by way of Boulder, Colorado. He misses the Chicago food, the Boulder winters and the people from all over. When he's not making pictures, he builds websites for artists and small business owners.
